Highweek primary bags some play equipment!

A NEWTON Abbot primary school has bagged £12,000 for new play equipment thanks to the national 5p plastic bag levy.

Highweek Primary School has taken delivery of three new pieces of equipment which help children learn new climbing and balancing skills.

The cash came from the Tesco Bags of Help scheme which sees money raised from the sale of carrier bags awarded to local outdoor community projects.
