Thirteen Haldon Trail Runners took part in five different events last week.
Two HTRs took part in the Otter Rail & River Run 10k on Saturday, with Matt Menary repeating his second-placed finish from last year as he was the runner-up in 39.46.
Martin McEneny was 21st in the multi-terrain race which started and finished in Tipton St John in 45.07.
Earlier that day, Vikki Thompson set a new female record at the Parke Parkrun 5k with 19.56. Dan Grey also got a personal best for the Bovey Tracey course with 22.53.
On Friday evening, Haldon’s men finished 32nd in the Erme Valley relays around a 2.5-mile course from Ivybridge Rugby Club.
Joe Osborne led the team off and completed his lap in 14.07, with Andy Vulliamy doing 14.32, Grey 16.57 and Jim Mouat 19.33 for an overall time of 1.05.09.
On Tuesday last week, 11 HTRs took part in the latest round of the Run Exe Summer 5k series, with a couple of age category wins.
Menary was 17th in 17.45, with Jan Dolezel 26th in 18.21, Osborne 33rd in 18.52, Thompson 35th in 19.01, Alex Crump 38th in 19.12, Ian Lynch first male over-55 and 41st overall in 19.36, Roger Atkinson third male over-45 and 43rd overall in 19.38, McEneny 53rd in 20.19, Anthea Board first female over-50 and 65th overall in 20.58, Grey 102nd in 24.16 and Mouat 106th in 24.28.
The previous weekend, Ben Epps did The Revelstoke Run, finishing eighth in 1.18.40.
