PLANS for more than 120 new homes on the edge of Bovey Tracey have been confirmed by Exeter firm Waddeton Park Ltd.

If approved the development would take place in the 27- acre gardens of the Grade II listed Indio House.

The site has been included in the draft Plan Teignbridge which, if passed by a planning inspector later this year, will pave the way for 12,500 new homes across the district by 2033.
