MORNING rush-hour traffic out of Newton Abbot heading for Exeter was delayed after a lorry collided with a car near Penn Inn.

Police said no one was hurt in Monday’s accident which happened on the Exeter-bound carriageway of the A380 just up from the Penn Inn roundabout at 8.15am.

The road was clear by 9am.
