POLICE have identified an 18-year-old man they wanted to speak to in connection with a report of an affray in Newton Abbot on Friday, January 13.
It follows a photo appeal issued by the force on Thursday, January 19.
Police have since said: ‘An 18-year-old man from Newton Abbot was arrested on suspicion of affray, theft and threatening behaviour and has been released on police bail to return on Monday, April 17.
‘Officers would like to thank members of the public for their support.’
