A RANGE Rover was severely damaged after catching fire near Teignmouth this morning.

Firefighters from the seaside resort responded to the 999 shout on the B3192 at Little Haldon just before midday.

Crews used small tools and a compressed air foam jet to put the fire out.

The cause of the fire was accidental.
