TWO fire crews from Newton Abbot and Torquay dealt with an under floor electrical fire at a property in Ipplepen last night.

They spent more than an hour at a home in Lang Way where a small fire was located in a void under the floor.

The alarm was raised just before 11.50pm.

Small tools and a hosereel jet were used to tackle the incident.

A fire spokesman said the fire was in an electrical circuit in the void.
