A MAN was slightly hurt when his van overturned on the South Devon Highway near Kingskerswell.

Police and firefighters attended the scene on the Newton Abbot-bound carriageway at 8.30am on Saturday.

The driver was treated at the scene by paramedics for a minor wrist injury. He did not need to go to hospital.

The accident happened between the Edginswell and Aller turn-offs.

Police say the carriageway was clear by 10am.
