COMMUTERS heading towards Exeter on the A380 are experiencing delays after four cars collided near Telegraph Hill this morning.

Emergency services rushed to the scene to deal with the minor incident at around 8am.

A police spokesman said there were no injuries and the collision wasn’t serious.

All lanes on the A380 northbound reopened at around 8.30am but drivers are being warned to expect delays.
