FIREFIGHTERS from Newton Abbot were called to Kingsteignton in the early hours of this morning to assist a vehicle in a precarious position.

Two appliances from Newton Abbot, together with the Heavy Rescue Vehicle from Middlemoor attended the scene off Lindridge Hill at around 3:15am.

Upon arrival crews located one vehicle located, and got to work using lines to stabilise it and one male was then assisted from vehicle uninjured.

Police and Ambulance were also in attendance.
