HUGE tailbacks of traffic clogged the Exeter-bound A38, A380 and A30 this afternoon (Friday August 11th) after a lorry broke down and spilled oil on the M5 near Exminster.

Both Haldon and Telegraph Hill were jammed as the mess was cleared and the vehicle recovered after the hold-up kicked off just before 1pm.
