A former school lab technician has admitted downloading and distributing images of child abuse.
Daniel Stapleton, aged 44, of Chelston, Torbay, pleaded guilty to a total of five counts when he appeared at Exeter Crown Court.
He admitted three counts of making indecent images of children, which relate to eight at the worst category A, ten and B and 17 at C.
He also admitted two counts of distributing category C images.
Recorder Mr Jonathan Barnes adjourned the case for sentence until April 6 and ordered a probation report. He released Stapleton on bail.
Stapleton is a former science technician at a secondary school in Newton Abbot.
