POLICE are probing a break-in which at a property in Nelson Close in the Jetty Marsh area of Newton Abbot.

Thieves broke in between 6pm last Thursday and 8.15am the following day.

They sneaked in through the back garden before forcing a patio door.

A police spokesman said: ‘On this occasion nothing was stolen from the home, but we would like to hear from anyone who may have information about the incident or who saw anyone acting suspiciously in the area.’
