DEVON’S air ambulance landed on The Lawn at Dawlish after a man was injured in a fall down a flight of stairs near the town’s railway station.

The casualty suffered leg and back injuries in the tumble at Station Road just before 5pm on Tuesday (ap 18).

He was eventually taken by land ambulance to Torbay Hospital for treatment.
