A MAN was airlifted to hospital after suffering a cardiac arrest in Teignmouth.

The air ambulance ferried the casualty to the Royal Devon and Exeter Hospital after the casualty collapsed at his home in the New Road area.

The alarm was raised just after 10.30am on Friday.
