An ancient carved wooden figure unearthed by Kingsteignton clay workers in 1867 will form the centrepiece of the 2010 exhibition at Newton Abbot Museum.It will be the first time the Kingsteignton Idol, or Zitherixon Doll, will have been on display so close to its home patch.The foot-long figure, thought to be more than 2,000 years old, has previously been on show at Exeter's Royal Albert Museum.<
