POLICE have issued an appeal for a missing Newton Abbot man.

Rick Urquhart, aged 72, was last seen today at 130pm and is described as white, 5 ft 9 ins in height and of slim build, with short thin grey hair and a moustache. He was last seen wearing a navy blue zip-up fleece, black trousers and grey shoes.

A force spokesman said: ‘We have concerns for his welfare.

‘If you see a man of this description or have any information please phone 999 quoting log 388 28 October 2019.’
