AN arrest warrant has been issued for a Kingsteignton man accused of riding an e-scooter in Newton Abbot while banned from driving.

Anthony James Baker, aged 36, of Newton Road, is charged with riding an e-scooter in Market Walk, Newton Abbot, without insurance.

He is also charged with riding an e-scooter while disqualified from holding a driving licence.
