A Kingsteignton art group is holding a fundraising day for Rowcroft Hospice tomorrow, June 2.

The event is at the URC Church Hall on Church Street, from 10am to 6pm.

The Friends through Art group will be selling some of their framed and mounted pictures; handmade cards; felt key and handbag fobs; painted pebble paperweights; pottery; and garden plants.

There’ll also be refreshments and a prize draw.

Wendy Sanders, group leader, said: ‘Although we are a small group of 18 artists the quality of work produced is amazing. I really am proud to be the leader of Friends through Art.’
