A YELLOW weather warning for rain has been issued by the Met Office for early tomorrow morning (Wednesday)

Storm Barbara is currently lingering over Spain and Portugal where it is expected to whip up winds of up to 70mph.

However, we should avoid the brunt of Barbara as the remains of the storm are expected to bring heavy rain to Devon with winds abating.

The alert comes into effect at 3am and lasts until 2pm.
