A STRING of tree planting sessions will be held in Moretonhampstead and helpers are needed.

‘Trees in Time’, a group of people from in and around Moretonhampstead who have set about growing trees from seeds in the area, are inviting people to join them plant trees at: Blackenstone Rock on January 14 and 15; Pepperdon Hall Lane on January 21 and 22 and finally Moretonhampstead Sports Centre on January 28 and 29 as well as on February 4, 5, 11 and 12.

No previous experience is required but Trees in Time ask if possible for prospective tree planters to bring a spade.
