A GROUP of eager young newshounds visited the Mid-Devon Advertiser office in Newton Abbot today.

Twelve students from Blackpool Church of England Primary School quizzed senior reporter Kate Cotton about newspapers and her experiences as a journalist.

They were then given a tour of The Old Manor House, home to the Mid-Devon Advertiser, where they met the editorial team of journalists and editors.
