Newton Abbot's Pannier Market has moved to a temporary location while work starts on the historic Butter Market building to restore it to it's former glory. Cllr Beryl Austen, chairman of Teignbridge council, opened the temporary market on Tuesday, where stall owners will continue to trade until the renovation is complete.
