A FLEDGLING charity has been praised for saving the life of a second person in only a year following an assault that left a young woman for dead on the streets of Teignmouth.
The latest incident happened at approximately 5.30pm on Saturday close to the junction of Northumberland Place and Somerset Place.
Witnesses saw the girl fall to the ground, thought to be the victim of a blow from a youth who then fled the scene.
