A TEIGNMOUTH civil engineer suffering from cancer is taking part in the London Marathon to raise funds for a children's cancer charity.James Halldron, 62, will join the Mr Men and Little Miss team on April 22 in aid of Children with Cancer UK.His disease is in remission and he is hoping to raise £2,000 through sponsorship.'I am taking part to keep fit and its possible benefits to my own cancer mini battle. Also to use the challenge to do something useful for others, Children with Cancer being a very worthy cause,' explained Mr Halldron, who was an active sportsman in his youth.
