CRITICS of Kingsteignton's 'celebration' event are questioning where the proceeds are going.And complaints have been made that the event, billed as Devon's Biggest and Best Celebration at Newton Abbot rugby club's ground at Rackerhayes, could hit the historic ram roast fair which is due to take place two days later.Ram Roast chairman John Stacey has raised the issue of the 'ambiguity' of the financial benefit to Kingsteignton.He claimed that proceeds 'will go into the organisers' pockets'. that had antagonised people as had an apparent disregard for the ram roast fair.
