sea scouts without a base or even a boat have been adopted by a yacht club.

The River Teign Sea Scouts 1st Shaldon are now all members of Teign Corinthian Yacht Club and can use all the facilities.

A delighted Ben Miles, the deputy scout leader, said they were a new group with no facilities of their own.
