A youth has been charged with causing criminal damage to the value of £50,000 to buses and coaches belonging to the Buckfastleigh firm, Wood Brothers, of Strode Road.
The 17-year-old from South Brent has also been charged with breaking into Buckfastleigh Business Centre, Chapel Street.
He is accused of four offences with another, all of which took place overnight on July 17. He faces two burglary charges, one of criminal damage and theft.
The youth appeared before South Devon Magistrates at Torquay on July 21 and was released on conditional bail to appear at Newton Abbot courthouse on July 29.
Police are meanwhile appealing for witnesses or anyone else who has information to come forward. The investigating officer is PC James Brice, based at Totnes, who can be contacted on 08452 777444.
