CHUDLEIGH Writers Circle and the Newton Abbot Writers Group, Arts Group and Photographic Club have collaborated on a Joint Arts Project which will be on show next week.

It was initiated this year by the writers producing 15 different scripts of around four hundred words on the subject of Freedom.

Copies of the scripts were then given to the artists and photographers to interpret as they envisaged them.

The scripts, paintings and photographs will be displayed in a free exhibition to be held at Newton’s Place, Newton Abbot, from Tuesday, August 2 until Saturday, August 6 , 9-30am-4pm.

At the same time as the Joint Arts Project Exhibition, there will be separate exhibition at Newton’s Place of the wider work of the Newton Abbot Photographic Club so that you can double the value of your free entry!
