Kingsteignton will need a 'Luftwaffe' solution unless fundamental steps are taken to sort out its mounting congestion problem.So said the councillor spearheading the job of tackling the town's traffic issues which are getting so bad that only 'expensive and major new roads' could be the answer.This week the town council was, at last, due to hold talks with county highways engineers almost three months after requesting a meeting.
