IN an 11th hour bid to prevent a three month closure of the B3344, Bovey Tracey Town Council may take out an injunction.

Work by a contractor for Bovis Homes Ltd at Bradley Bends, between Bovey Tracey and Chudleigh Knighton, is due to begin on January 4 and is scheduled to run until March 27.
