A COMMUNITY group which wants to revive Ashburton's empty Kenwyn care home has accused County Hall of dragging its feet in backing the venture.

Ashburton Community Enterprise is unhappy that the authority does not share its enthusiasm for giving the Western Road site a new lease of life which could stimulate trade in the town.
