A KINGSTEIGNTON man has been given a conditional discharge for 12 months for being drunk and disorderly.
Steven Heap, 55, of Longford Lane, pleaded guilty to the charge at Newton Abbot on June 1 2022.
He was also ordered to pay a £22 charge to victim services.
