A MAN has been fined for driving on the A38 without due care and attention.
Nicholas Freeman, 38, of Cullompton, pleaded guilty to the charge while driving a Ford Galaxy in Newton Abbot on November 27 2021.
He was fined £330 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and prosecution costs of £85.
His licence was endorsed with five penalty points.
