A NEWTON Abbot firm has been charged with failing to provide police with information to identify a driver of a Vauxhall Movano who is alleged to have committed a driving offence.
Harbron Home Improvements Ltd, of Proform House, Quay Road, has denied the charge. The case was adjourned by South and West Devon Magistrates’ Court until March 31, 2023 for a trial.
