A HOMELESS man will stand trial on charges of assault and threatening behaviour.
Ryan Joseph Dodd, aged 28, is accused of causing a man distress by using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour. He is also charged with assaulting emergency worker and prison officer Jason Delaney by beating him.
South and West Devon Magistrates’ Court adjourned the case to March 3, 2023 for a trial. He was granted unconditional bail.
