A TORQUAY man has denied driving in Newton Abbot while banned and over the drug-drive limit.
Aaron Raymond Parrington, aged 33, of Gable Park, Lower Ellacombe Church Road, pleaded not guilty to driving a Ford Fiesta car derived van at Heath Park while disqualified.
He also denied driving with 55 UG/L of the controlled drug benzoylecgonine which was above the limit.
The case was adjourned to March 28, 2023, for a trial.
