A DARTMOUTH man has denied he assaulted a man in Newton Abbot.
Tommy Karl Hockridge, aged 34, of Barton Way, is charged with assaulting the man, causing him actual bodily harm. He was granted unconditional bail to attend for a trial on December 16 by Newton Abbot Magistrates’ Court.
