A NEWTON Abbot man has been remanded in custody on charges of wounding and criminal damage.
Shane Poblocki, 44, of Fairfield Terrace, has been sent for trial next month.
He is accused of unlawful and malicious wounding with intent to cause grievous bodily harm to Dean Poblocki on September 19.
The court heard he is also charged, on the same date, with causing damage, without lawful excuse, to two television sets and blocking drains by using toilet paper to make the service unusable.
A further charge is that Poblocki killed four fish by using a bar of soap.
