A MAN has been sent to trial charged with two counts of assault on a woman.
Lee Clarke, 44, of Meadwood, St Mark’s Road, Torquay, is accused of both charges on assault on a woman by beating at Ashburton on October 7 2021.
Magistrates sent him for trial on July 29 and granted him unconditional bail.
