THE CASE of an Ashburton man charged with speeding has been adjourned.
Philip Davies, 55, of North Street, is accused of driving a Mercedes on the A14 at Bythorn exceeding the 70mph limit.
The recorded speed was said to be 82 mph.
Magistrates adjourned the case until November 14.
