A WOMAN has been given a suspended prison sentence for breaching a non-molestation order.
Lyn Allery, 61, of no fixed abode, admitted five charges in contravention of the order which had been imposed by Torquay and Newton Abbot family court in 2022.
She pleaded guilty to sending an email to a woman when prohibited by the order on September 4 2022 at Newton Abbot.
She also pleaded guilty to being present, without reasonable excuse between August 26 and August 28 2022, at Hennock, an area also banned under the order.
On September 4 at Church Road, Hennock, Allery admitted sending an email to a woman without reasonable excuse, again banned by the non-molestation order.
Allery further pleaded guilty to being present at an address at Hennock, prohibited by the order, on August 26 2022.
The final charge was that between February 2022 and May 2022, without reasonable excuse, Allery sent emails and approached a woman victim, banned under the order.
The court also ordered Allery to pay a victim surcharge of £154 and costs of £85.
