A NEWTON Abbot woman has denied failing to give police a blood specimen.
Charlotte Claire Diamond, aged 30, of Denbury, pleaded not guilty to failing to provide a specimen of blood when asked and of driving in East Ogwell when her licence had expired
She is also charged with possessing 0.91 grammes of cannabis and failing to stop when required by a police officer.
South and West Devon Magistrates’ Court adjourned the case until January 3, 2023.
