A WOMAN has been sent for trial charged with burglary of two flats in Newton Abbot.
Phillipa Bibby, 38, of Plymouth, is accused of entering a flat at Darcy Court in Newton Abbot on July 13 2021 and stealing a wallet and contents, a mobile phone and a quantity of jewellery, of a value unknown.
She is also charged, jointly with another person, of entering a property in Prince Street, Newton Abbot, between July 8 2021 and July 9 2021.
From there, she is charged of stealing a handbag and its contents, of an unknown value.
She was sent for trial and granted unconditional bail.
