Thousands of people across Teignbridge did their bit for Sport Relief, the sporting arm of Comic Relief, last week.

One of the main events for the area saw hundreds run and walk laps – of one, three or six miles – around Decoy Country Park, Newton Abbot, on Sunday.

Participants and supporters also had the chance to try out taster sessions for sporting activities run by Teignbridge Council.

Runners got expert advice on warming up correctly from Newton Abbot Leisure Centre's Jo Boardman.

Palm FM breakfast DJ Ben Moseby, from Kingsteignton, hosted the run, which was supported by the radio station.
