Plenty of Teignbridge residents have got something to smile about thanks to the newest NHS dental surgery in the district. The Brunel Dental Practice opened earlier this year, the result of a joint initiative between Teignbridge Council and Teignbridge Primary Care Trust. The surgery is housed in the council's former environmental health offices in Brunel Road, Newton Abbot, and for the next month patients will be encouraged to really think about oral health. To mark National Smile Month, the team have arranged a special display of the many products and services that could make the next trip to the dentist's chair less of an ordeal.
