A MAN from Ide has denied a drink-driving charge.
Gavin Michael Hinds, aged 41, of The Hams, has pleaded not guilty to driving while over the limit. He is alleged to have given a reading of 63 mcgs of alcohol in 100 mls of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs.
He is also charged with driving on Fore Street, Ide, without insurance.
He was remanded on unconditional bail until February 15 at Exeter Magistrates Court.
