DRINK-driver Naomi Eve Davey, was banned for a year and fined £346 by magistrates.

Davey, aged 24, of Linden Terrace, Newton Abbot, admitted the charge and the court was told she had 40 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 mls of breath, the legal limit is 35.

She must pay £35 to victim services and £85 costs to the Crown Prosecution Service.

She was told his ban could be reduced by 12 weeks if she completes a driving course.
