A DRUG-driver was banned for a year by South and West Devon Magistrates' Court.
Spike Bond, aged 30, of Sherwell Valley Road, Torquay, admitted driving on the A380 at Chudleigh when the amount of Delta-9-Tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) in his blood was over the limit.
As well as the ban he was fined £800 and ordered to pay the Crown Prosecution service costs of £85 and £320 to fund victim services.
