THE case against a man accused of being drunk and disorderly in a Kingsteignton pub has been dismissed.
Reece Cameron Opie, aged 25, of Chelston Road, Torquay, had denied being drunk and disorderly at the Ten Tors Inn, Kingsteignton. No evidence was offered and South and West Devon Magistrates' Court dismissed the case. Opie was bound over, in the sum of £180 for 12 months to keep the peace.
